The real heroes are those whom the world know know. They work among the poor, among the distressed. They can not expect any reward from them. They are moved by the sufferings of others and their main object is to relive the sufferings of others. They do not want fame. No medal glitters on their breast, no poet songs their praise. They work and die for others. 

অনুবাদ : প্রকৃত ধীর তাঁরাই যাদেরকে পৃথিবী কমই চেনে। তাঁরা দরিদ্র ও দুস্থদের মাঝে কর্মরত থাকেন। তাঁরা বিনিময়ে "তাদের কাছ থেকে কোনো পুরস্কার আশা করেন না। তাঁরা অপরের দুঃখে ভারাক্রান্ত হন, কেননা তাঁদের মূল উদ্দেশ্যই হলো ভোগান্তি থেকে তাদেরকে মুক্ত করা। তাঁরা কোনো সুখ্যাতি চান না। তাঁদের বুকে কোনো পদক ঝলমল করে না, কোনো কবি তাঁদের গুণকীর্তন করেন না। অপরের জন্যই তাঁদের কর্মযজ্ঞ ও মৃত্যু উৎসর্গীকৃত।
